I haven't had a chance to get to the store yet but I did place orders online. Unfortunately, nothing too exciting here. I had a plan for my NAS this year and I'm trying to keep to it.

One of my first goals for NAS this year was to add some undies and as it turns out my current favorite bra and undies are in the NAS this year, yeah! The bra was recommended to me last year by the SA and it's a winner for me. I actually prefer the fit on me to the Natori Feathers, but I do enjoy wearing both. This one is true to size.

Second goal, jeans! UGH!!! I love grabbing jeans on sale during NAS but I am in serious tailspin on jeans, I have no idea what I want to be wearing. I do know that I prefer straight to skinny, because I just really don't think skinny jeans are my best look. But I do still love the look. I ended up only ordering the Paige jeans. I need recommendations on jeans, for a pear with large thighs and calves. Will wait for Angie's Top Picks.

Distraction, Pajamas. I had actually purchased the short pajamas in the early spring (at full price and worth it) and loved them the minute I tried them on, even though I should really have sized down, I kept them. So when I saw they were on sale, and finally decided to add a second pair, they were already sold out in my size. But I did snag the long version. I hope I like them as much.

Next, Accessories. I grabbed the leopard scarf because I love leopard and my old one is showing some wear. Also grabbed the ruana because plain ruanas aren't as easy to find or fit on me as you would think they should be. I'm also picky about the fabric. I'm wearing ruanas more and more because they are an easy to carry along topper and I have been searching for a simple black version. I hope this one works out. I've also been searching for a simple black cross body purse. Again, you would think that's an easy task, but there is always something that I don't like about them. I hope this one works out as it falls under my budget for this item which means I have more to spend in the wildcard category.

Clothing. I had been eyeing the one shoulder tee and saw it went on sale so I grabbed it. I don't think this is an official NAS item. I hope to wear this on date night and perhaps it will look interesting layered under a blazer instead of my usual t-shirt for casual events. I really like the long sleeves. And the BP V-neck pullover because this is simply what I wear all the time. This is for super casual days with jeans, lounge pants and over workout gear (Ha! Who am I kidding?) Sometimes I don't need the warmth of merino or cashmere but I need something. If the fabric is nice I will consider a second color. And then the Mural Plaid Jacket. Love at first sight but I hesitated because I have a grey jacket/coat on my list, and this is more 'wildcardy'. When I went to order my size sold out. It popped back in stock in a size larger so perhaps it will work out because I am frequently between sizes. I was also going to try the James Perse blazer this year in grey, but I blinked and it was gone.

Shoes. None!!! I can't believe it! Not yet anyway. I am having as difficult a time with shoes as I am with jeans. Why? I'm usually easy to fit but I'm a 'heels girl' and they simply don't work with my lifestyle. I'm trying to reconcile that and it's been tough. I've drawn a hard line for myself that I need to add shoes that I can wear to comfortably run around all day. My brain is on board but my heart keeps bringing me back to heels. So I have not allowed myself to buy any.

I'm looking forward to my boxes arriving and shopping in store with my Mom next week.
