I ordered several jackets from NAS with the hopes of keeping a few. I'm an "updated classic" kind of dresser so these all fit my style. While I love the polish a jacket brings to an outfit, I also don't tend to reach for them enough, so I'm turning to you all to help minimize the mistakes.

In order to try to assist in the comparisons, I'm wearing the same white shell and jeans in all the photos. I tried to keep the same pose, too. I'll put some observations below.

1. Veronica Beard Moto, size 10. This turned out to be a little less structured than I expected. It's also lighter weight, too, so I wonder if I can use it as an indoor jacket during the winter months. I do like how it's a statement topper that "makes" a simple outfit.
2. J Crew Tipped Merino Sweater Blazer, size M. I think this is a keeper. It's comfortable and just about as easy to wear as a sweater would be.
3. Lafayette 148 Tansy Suede Jacket, size M. This was the first thing my SA suggested this year. She's always looking for that one splurge-y, "forever" piece during the NAS (and it's usually Lafayette). We had to order it, though, so I never got her take on it in person. This is definitely a quality piece. It's unlined suede and feels (and smells!) heavenly. It's very comfortable, almost like shirt, but I'm not sure of the boxy, drapey shape. Obviously it needs to be perfect as it's very spendy.
4. Treasure and Bond Moto, size M: This is a classic black moto, which I don't own and have been looking for forever. Leather feels nice and it's very slightly oversized. This seems like a no-brainer, if one believes that everyone needs a black moto.
5. J Crew Regent Houndstooth Blazer, size 10. I love how classic it is, but it is a little scratchy. Another one that "makes" a simple outfit but isn't as comfortable as some.
6. Rag and Bone Redgrave Piped Blazer, size L. This is another SA pick that I go back and forth on. Looking at the photos, I think it looks cool, but it definitely doesn't fit me like it does on the model and I'm having some trouble getting past that. It's also relatively lightweight so it might also just be a fall/spring piece and it's also rather expensive.

Any and all feedback is welcome!
