Unfortunately they didn't work for me so they are going back. I really like the color and the patent finish. I wasn't really bothered by the elastic other than the fact that it hit me at an awkward spot on my bunion, which might cause discomfort. I was also bummed that one of the bows had already been squashed in the box. I guess I could exchange it. But it had been impeccably packaged and the fact it had been squashed despite that made me think that this is a flimsy material. Finally, I've been used to wearing heels and wedges over the summer and these felt too flat without any arch support even though the bottoms are soft and squishy. So back they go.
I am just putting it out there if anyone else in case anyone else was thinking of ordering them.
I had also ordered a shirt and a cardi (to get free shipping) but they are going back, since I didn't get the right size. Oh well, it is for the best.
