I have my eyes peeled for burgundy boots to replace my very high heeled ones. I'm going to check out Angie's Cole Haan pick, but the measurements seem big for me.

The reviews for this BP wedge boot conflict - some say only the teeniest calves will fit, while others say the calves are huge. Have any of you tried it? My calves are 13" where this shaft would hit, and I have 9" ankles.
