Also, if you develop a rapport with a salesperson, they will often go to great lengths to find things for you during NAS. Last weekend I was lamenting on how Burberry trench coats RARELY go on sale and when they do, like with NAS, they never have the color (I always want the neutral/khaki) or size I need. Well, my helpful salesperson did an all-store search and was shocked to find NONE in the entire company. But she promised to keep looking because things often get returned during NAS and, sure enough, a mere 3 hours later, she called saying she had found ONE and convinced the saleswoman at that store to set it aside until she got a hold of me. I've yet to receive it (and given the damage I did at NAS, may have to return it), but I was thrilled at this woman's willingness to find the coat for me!
