Loving the sound of the taupe mixed media coat, Angie. The ink Burberry too, but I'm not sure a lightweight coat would be the most versatile addition to my wardrobe.
I can already tell it is going to be very hard to narrow things down.
I thought the wool coat selection this year was brilliant. So many beautiful cuts. *Almost* envious of those of you in cold climates who get to wear these beautiful coats.
I can't wait to see the light weight versions. One of those in the pictures looks like checked but may be plaid looks like something I would be interested in.
I am sticking to very, very clean, straight and simple lines in impeccable quality. Refinement is key. Nothing drapey or cocoon for me. But I'm attracted to patterns. Big surprise. I'm excited.
Angie, so glad you approve of the ink blue Burberry coat. I tried it on on a whim and instant love. It is now resting peacefully in my closet. It's actually a very good weight for our Houston winters. Three and a half hours and I'm toasted...don't know how you do it!
Angie, any recommendations for a coat for me? Nothing in the petite section is jumping out at me. Would any of the regular coats work for 5'0 tall apple shaped me? I've seen a couple that would float my boat, but concerned that they'd utterly swamp me.
