I like those plaid flats too -- I have a weird soft spot for shoes with patterns like that (or flannel, or tweed, etc.). But I probably don't wear the flats that I already own enough to justify more.
I don't want to go crazy either. NAS pre-sale falls right before I go on my big week-long bike trip, so I've not been in shopping mode lately unless it's something for biking (I think I need new biking gloves, how exciting :-P). However, I always manage to justify something because NAS always falls pre-birthday for me, and this year is a big landmark birthday (sigh!).
Here's what caught my eye:
- pave pyramid stud earrings in rose gold
- Mackage duster and that gorgeous pine Trina Turk coat (but I don't need more coats)
- Autumn Cashmere forest green asymmetrical sweater
- Nixon tortoise shell watch
- those SW Flatly plaid flats
That's about it, really. And none of these things are needs at all, although I have been keeping an eye out for some casual top or sweater in a nice shade for forest green for a while. Sometimes things appeal to me more when I see them in the store, and I'm sure I'll make an appointment to go in and check everything out, but I'm not feeling the shopping excitement much these days, so I'm prepared to be really picky at NAS this year.
