Not at NAS, but my Ulta package that was lost showed up 13 months later...13 months after I'd been sent replacements for no extra charge. It might have been a morality test if it had arrived a month later, but I feel sure I would have returned them.
As it was, I called Ulta and the rep actually asked me to return 13 month old products that had been stored under unknown circumstances. I took them back to the store and the incredulous manager had a good laugh and begged me to keep them so he wouldn't have to deal. Of course, they were all ruined anyway.
Oh, I did have a top show up after a month. A less than kind and brilliant woman a street over had just kept the box unopened for a month and done nothing about it. At least she didn't open and steal it. I didn't either...called NM and explained and they asked me to return it, so I did.
I pass the test.
