Thistle- The motos and the boots seem to be a bit of a departure from your usual preferences for more lady-like looks. Are you looking to move in a slightly different direction or add a dose of masculine to your style?

The moto seems to fit well, though interestingly, if worn open, the photo makes it look almost the same as the Olivia Moon blazer. I realize that they are entirely different pieces. The moto looks nice on you and to my eye works open or closed. I like the OM better open than closed, as buttoning changes the shape of the jacket below, creating an inverted V, rather than the straight line when open.

The boots are good looking. How are you planning to pair them?

I think this may come down to what you are happiest wearing and how your stylings will work out over time. I think your quest for 10s has served you very well, so trust your gut.

I like the Olivia Moon blazer best on you. I second Eliza with the boots - depends on which look you're going for. Are you choosing between these and the Joan & David boots?

Whatever you do with the rest, my vote is def. to keep the Amber Sun! Wow!

How are the boots? It is hard for me to judge with the pants, strangely. Do you want them more for jeans or for bare legs, tights, and skinnies?

The boots were recommended to me by Angie, so I gave them a try!

Sadly, I have to return the Joan and David's. I wore them around the house, and they are just too high and not comfortable enough. I knew they were on the upper limit of what my feet liked, but after success with the Munros, I thought maybe my feet were okay with 2 inch heels. Nope, the Munros were just outstandingly comfy!

I love the first jacket on you! Interesting that the fabrication of the blazer is different in the different colors. Are you keeping the white one? or trying to choose between the black and white?

Probably the Olivia Moon blazer, honestly.

I am sort of leaning towards returning the moto jacket and boots. They are nice, but I am not sure this is really where my style is heading. I might be getting lured into a fantasy life.

The blazer is gorgeous and seems like something that you would wear often. I love the moto for casual days or to pair with some of your more girly things--skirts and such. I'm not sure if the length will work with them though--you would have to try. I love the moto boots but I'm a UWP

I think you'll wear the blazer and it's versatile. I had a knit jacket last year that was such a workhorse I essentially wore it out!

I quite like the moto, actually, but I'm not sure it will work as well with your style, and same for the boots.

Both toppers look great on you. I like the moto styling better but if (as has been mentioned) the blazer is more useful for your lifestyle, keep that instead.

I quite like the moto jacket and the boots actually, but I think if you are going to wear any jeans/pants tucked in any boots, you should invest in a strap-thingy (sorry, cant recall the name) that lets you wrap material around your jeans/pants on the calf area to hold tight so it doesn't bunch up...I got mine from some duck hunter site for like $6, and it made a world of difference in keeping the leg line smooth

The boots seem to be a bit of a departure for you, but change can be good, right? Only you can decide what is best for you and your wardrobe, though.

On a side note, did you get any of the VC tube skirts we chatted about in my thread? What was your final decision on them?

Not reading other comments I love the first jacket. A bit edgy for your style, which is great - it's the right amount of edgy and I can see it working really well when you want to spice things up.

Both jackets are really nice on you. The moto might be niceto have just for something different than our other blazers. Then again, you may wear the blazer more. I'm no help

I like the moto jacket zipped up and maybe have the sleeves shorted a bit. The blazer looks good left open but not sure the fit is a "10". The boots look fun!

Where would you wear the moto jacket and boots? Just asking cause I think they look great, but I haven't bought anything like that since they don't really work for work so much, and I don't have enough casual time to justify a lot of stuff. I could probably think of a lot of things to wear the blazer with to work though, and I think they all look like they fit well.
