I received a package today from BR. (I had ordered the Martin Skinnies in a size down, just to see how they fit.) It looked like the package had been opened and then taped over. Indeed, when I opened it, there was no clothing inside - just a huge pile of UPS labels!

I immediately called BR, and they instantly refunded my credit card, and the rep was very sympathetic, but said that's all he could do. He did thank me for reporting it, and advised me to get in touch with UPS if I wanted to pursue it further. I couldn't find a number to call UPS, so I sent an e-mail to the fraud e-mail address. I attached pictures of the package with all the tape, and the labels inside.

I'm still in shock that this happened. I've never had this problem before, but it makes me a little worried to order online now! BR was great about instantly refunding my credit card, but I can't imagine this is good for anyone's business.
