I had to venture into Hot Topic to get my kid some Harry Potter-related gifts, and the Star Wars merchandise was out in full force (see what I did there? :D). Being a huge old-school fangirl, I could NOT resist this R2-D2 patent satchel which I am going to let DH give me for Christmas...

Super cute! I was at Petco on Saturday for pictures with Santa, and they had Star Wars outfits there. My friend bought a Princess Leia outfit with cinnamon buns on the hoodie. I tried the Yoda headband on one of my dogs, but he wasn't very cooperative.

I love that! I did buy this Santa hat at Petco for our Great Blue Heron. It's made for cats.

We should have some kind of special symbol at the beginning of each thread that signifies the inclusion of cute animal pics. Otherwise you can miss them!
I like the bag. It is a lotta fun. And R2 is definitely the right choice.

Hey, if I can wear a Betsey Johnson purse that looks like a pug dog, you can wear an R2D2 purse. If you cannot have fun with a purse, you need to find a way to have more fun.

Sooooo jelly! Of course you can and I totally would...said the person who wore a skunk spirit hood! I usually steer well clear of malls, and thus Hot Topic. It is a miracle if I don't buy all the Dr. Who swag whenever I do go. Oh and, you might appreciate this sweater DH bought last year for our Devon Rex kitten who gets cold due to short coat.

I think it's great! Colors should work well for you too. I own a Shaun the Sheep handbag from my teenage years (back when there was just Wallace & Grommit) and I carried it when I went to see Shaun the Sheep in cinema.
