Thanks for sharing your experiences with Boden too. They are hard to resist--I just love their catalog styling. It makes me think that I can wear all of it (until I have it on!) I hope you share your Boden purchases--I’d love to see how they fit on a different figures. One other thing I noticed was that everything I tried was regular, not petite. I’m on the taller end of the petite range and everything seemed to be the right length.
@Suz: Can’t wait to see your haul. I hope it all fits. The red sleeveless shirt and the elbow length sleeved dress look awesome, especially. You’re right, you won’t know until you try but I think the likelihood of Boden working for you is pretty good since you have a similar build to Angie and Smittie
@Toban: Your skirt is terrific on you. I can see how that would be a fun piece to play with.
@Sal: Your analysis of English clothing brand fit made me laugh! I feel that way about Zara. I don’t even walk into the store anymore after one episode in the dressing room when I thought I was going to have to buy the blouse because I couldn’t get it off.
@Laurie: Lol! You’re so sweet! I think you’re overdo for a WIW post
@Ummlia: I hear you on the shoulders and lack of bust volume! I can’t wait to see how the knits work for you.
@JJsloane: Can you believe that when I saw that blazer I thought of you? I wasn’t going to try it because it skewed a little preppy on the hanger but I decided to try it anyway. I miss your WIWs by the way.
@Janet: I could see you in the knit summer dresses. I think three seasons of your style are more modern and edgy but I’ve glimpsed the boho side that comes out in summer.
@Jussie, Style Fan, Aquamarine, Brooklyn and Smittie: Thanks! The wovens are out of my system for sure now.
