#1/2 I found this cardigan at Target. Cardigans don't need to be 10's, as cardigans in general aren't 10's on me, but it needs to be a solid 8 for casual wear.

#3/4... another target purchase. looking at it, I'm feeling a bit like a sausage. it needs the tank underneath because of the back. (and that would be remnants of cruise eating that you're seeing evidence of in my shorts) they still have tags in case the cruise food decides to take permanent residency

#5.. I liked the idea of this one. Not sure about the execution

#6-8 oops, went to Nordies to return some bras. I had the sales gal bring me some white pants as I was standing there in a slip trying to try on tops, and I really liked the ones she brought. If I keep, should I taper or shorten them (I have one leg pinned to taper and the other rolled obviously)? What I love about them is they are a nice comfy fabric, have a side zipper and no waist band.

#9-13.. 4 necklaces I purchased last night at the jewelry party. I have one more nice pendant necklace coming, but she is putting it on a longer chain for me. Which should I keep for myself, and which should I save to give away as gifts? I know they aren't the greatest pictures. The pictures really aren't doing the necklaces justice.

Famous last words!!! The cardi looks like a basic cardi nothing special, nothing bad. I actually like the striped top. Can't say on #5 because it doesn't make it thru my style filter The white pants look fine, but unless you are having trouble finding the right clamdiggers, why get ones too long just to have to hem them? I love the green necklace in #12. Boy, I'm feeling opinionated tonight - sorry! Big thumbs up to #3/4 and #12.

Ooh, post ban haul! My favorites are #1, 6, and 7. 3 and 5 don't stand out much compared to the others. As for the necklaces, my faves are 11 and 13, although that is pretty subjective as they are all flattering statement pieces by the looks of it.

For the necklace, I say go with the one that makes your heart pump fastest, because they all look as if they could work for you (and all look like special gifts).

The cardi looks useful if you have a need for something like that. Not a standout piece on its own but fits nicely and seems good.

The detail on that #7/8 top is really interesting. Like it! And #6 looks pretty and cool.

As for the clams, if they feel great and you can't find any you like and don't mind altering, why not? They work with the rest of your new outfits.

I love the necklace in 9 and 10, it is so unique. I like all the clothes too, except the white pants. I think I like the shorts in 3 better than the pants.

Necklace #9/10 is fascinating and I like the asymmetry as well as where the pendant sits. But they are all equally lovely and you should see what jewelry gap you have (Length, color, etc.)

I like the cardi well enough - the texture and short sleeves are good for summer.

I really like the simple black top with the white folded up pants. If you need white pants, I think they look good. Not as fitted as the white shorts, but that makes them a bit dressier, if that's what you need.

Great black top - is that Nordies too? Love the textural detail!

I love the necklace in 11. That's a keep for sure. I also really like the vintage-y one in 13.
The sweater looks like a great basic. I've been on the look out for a cropped sweater like that to pop on over a dress when a denim jacket is just too hot. I think it looks great on you too. Love the blouse in 5. Great outfit, too. I think both sleeveless blouses would be great during the summer. I like the striped Mossimo top--makes you look very hourglassy. Me, not so much. I have it in black/white. I find that by the end of the day I'm wishing it had more ease through the midsection : P Makes me feel like a brick.

I like the striped top in #3/4. Looks very cute with your white bermudas. I'm sort of meh on the white cardigan. Tops in #6 and #7/8 are great. My fav necklace is #11. Beautiful!

I like the white cardi, it has a nice neckline and texture and shape.
The white pants sound very comfy and I like them rolled up.

All of the tops are great. If you feel stuffed in the striped one (which you don't look like) try a slippery cami under it so that the outer one glides over. It worked wonders for me.

The necklaces are very beautiful so it's hard to choose a favorite. I do like the colors in the first one and the length of the last one.

#1-great basic cardigan for layering without too much warmth in the summer, I vote keep. I like it with the dress in #2.

#3-I must be missing something, the shorts look fine to me. I don't mind the size of the stripes or the color for the tank, but I'm not a fan of the back with the current tank layering, there's too much going on for me. Will you be able to layer with another tank that lines up with the back better (ie I don't see two tanks from the back view?) If not I vote return the tank.

#5-Not sure what I am voting on here, the top, or the shorts? Both look fine to my eye.

#6-I am voting on the top here too? I'm not a fan of this one, the color is washing you out a tad. I prefer when the colors are bolder and light up your face more. Nice design and detail on this top though. Perhaps as a layering piece? The clams I like a lot, with the rolled up length better.

#7-I like this top, the detail is interesting and the v neck really elongates your neckline and shows more skin, ideal to do in summer.

Out of the necklaces I like #11 best, the colors are pretty, it lies flat on the skin and it has nice detail. The other's are quite bulky and 3-D in shape for such a short length. I'd prefer those as longer necklaces if you liked the design on them.

I am not liking the color of the pinkish blouse - it seems to wash you out.

I like the striped top, but I would probably never wear it if I had to layer it that way as I would feel lumpy. You don't look lumpy, though!

I'm always up for a cardi! Not a good critic on white buttondown shirt.

Do you need the white pants? They seem cute enough, but are they filling a hole? I love the black top.

#1,2 -I think the cardigan is more than an 8 and looks lovely with your dress.
#3,4 -Cannot see how you look like a sausage or even remanents of cruise eating in the pics, please keep the top.
#5- I like the outift needs only some bit of color somewhere as an acessory,IMHO
#6-8- I like the white bermudas but would crop them, they seem to drape well.Contrary to other people I like the ruffel top and think that with the white bermudas could be a cute outfit. The black top seems a bit granish to me (sorry)

My favourite necklace is #13 but I admit that I might be thinking about what I would like instead of what looks better on you.
#12,as Angie refered might bring more atention to your eye color.

thanks everyone for weighing in. I"m sorry it was a bit of a scatterd selection.

I'm going to keep the cardi, as I've been wanting to replace the one I currently have, and this one feels fresher.

I'm undecided on the stiriped top.. I like it, and actually would be a great casual day top. I see what Lisa means about the layering of the back view, but I have to do that to be able to wear a bra. I could possibly get away with no layering if I wear a black bra?

I think the white blouse will go back.. I bought it because I thought it would be great for cooler days or evenings.. but I realize I have much better breezy summer blouses (like my bellatrix)... this one isn't nearly as flattering.

I think I *knew* in the store that the pink blouse wasn't the greatest color, but was decieved by the dressing room lighting... oh why do they do that!?!? I was wooed by the dainty print and soft draping of the fabric..and the sale price.

I really like the black blouse. Someone said it looked a bit garish... the close up picrure is overexposed to show the detail.. it is much softer looking actually.

The white pants... no I was not searching for new white pants, but I put these on and loved the feel of them. It didn't help that I had just read Angies cropped pants post either In the dressing room they looked so great rolled up with the black top and my cognac lace up sandals.... All I needed was a fab necklace and I was ready to 'lunch with the ladies"

On the necklaces, #11 was the one everyone else at the party picked for me. I love the uniqueness of it. I think of the others I'll see what need arises either to complete an outfit for myself of to give as a gift. I do know that I need a gift for later in July for a friend who loves bold jewelry, so she will probably get #9.

Thanks for all teh help ladies. and seriously, my summer wardrobe is complete and I plan to not make any purchases until my birthday in October. I know NAS is coming, but honestly, everything I purchased last year was still available early fall (and one blouse was even further discounted) so... unless I decide to allow for a pair of boots, or a winter dress, I really don't think I'll participate...sniff, sniff

I'm late to the party, but just want to say "LOVE" the new hairstyle. I've missed the forum too much lately, obviously! Great haul, but have to say I love that first necklace. They are all fabulous, but you have to keep that one too!

Love #11 necklace. The white cardigan is just fine for a workhorse. The white clams - not crazy about them, but I have a very strong aversion to white pants. I think your white shorts are much more flattering on you! I also like the striped tank layered as is - and the black textured top. I'd say those are all keepers! Thanks for posting!
