I realized yesterday that my style during the last couple of weeks is basically Stevie from Schitts Creek.

Exhibit A from last night attached. Ponytail to keep my hair back, which helps keep my hands off my face. No makeup at all. Looking rough, I know. This is real life now.

One of my FB friends told me I should change it up one day and dress like Moira. LOL I need some wigs and black feathers for that!

Anchie, that’s a huge fabric screenprint that an artist friend made. We had it rolled up in storage for years until we redmodeled our powder room and decided to make the bold move of hanging it in a small space!

Hey, you are wearing an actual shirt with actual buttons. That's pretty good in my book.

(My current style includes a fleece-lined plaid flannel hoodie, so there you go.)

Diana, yes to the fleece and hoodies! My graphic tees are getting lots of wear too. Yesterday and today the chilly temps warrant some flannel or fleece.

I feel jealous of a long healthy hair that possible to style in a different ways - my short pixie cut is already looking off.

Haha Stevie is a great character! As long as your hands are clean and you're in your own home, there's no need not to touch your face, but good to practice restraint for elsewhere.

Your clean and casual look is great! I like the ponytail and extra points for keeping your hands off your face.

I suspect that 2020 is going to be a year for evolving style as we distance, hunker down and adapt. Staying healthy is the best look ever.

Aw, thanks, ladies. I look at how adorable and polished Angie and many of you look, and feel like backing slowly out of the room, but this is my reality right now. Home with lots of cleaning and cooking and being on the floor with the dogs, and walking in the woods and crawling around with my camera... all not suited to wearing my nicer clothes. It makes me a little sad, actually. The events and outings and even just daily errands that got me out around people and motivated me to look nice — all that is gone for the moment.
