I've built up quite a bit of expectation

Una, you are Queen Sexy BF Jeans. Three pairs!

I do not expect everyone to like the dropped crotch effect, but in the spirit of fashion fun, why not! I don't think it's an unflattering look. If I did I wouldn't be wearing them that way, right? When I asked my fashion stylist Greg what he thought he said: "They look very cute." There you go! The look is not repelling my man so I am going for it.

Judging from Jonesy's pinterest board, I think she will like the dropped crotch effect

Fearless Angie You've rocked your dropped crotch harem pants for quite a while too! I'm SO looking forward to your pics/post!!

I've been trying on lots of potential BFs and still not found a sweet spot. I've been mulling this over and sort of thinking that for us not too tall, thigh-heavy pears, that the very baggy BFs are just too much something, volume or bad proportions, or ??? It seems like I'd need to stay more mildly baggy to make it work (if I can make it work at all).

When you talk about jeans barely hanging onto your hips, I'm seeing the body types whos thighs are nowhere near filling out the legs.

Should not-too-tall, thigh-heavy pears possibly buy for the thighs and alter the rest?

Sara, just go try the Gap ones on and show us! In your regular size and up a size. Moderately baggy could very well be your sweet spot.

And thanks for the kind words.

Angie, did you get the ones with the flap pockets or the regular pockets?
I just saw on the gap website that the flap pocket ones are 100% cotton so now they are back on my radar. Am actually considering trying Talls as I would honestly prefer them to be full length (and I can always roll them up anyway).

I actually pulled mine off yesterday without unbuttoning. That's how low on my hips they were hanging! A young SA at BR yesterday asked where I bought mine ajd what brand they were! She liked them that much!

Diana, no pocket flaps. I much prefer the look of no flaps. Also, I'd be careful with purchasing talls hoping that they work both ways (rolled and full length). The rolls look very bulky when they are long, which to my eye is not a great look.

Angie - would a petite gall like me look good in gabby BF jeans? I feel like my hips would look big. I guess I would have to try some on.

I bit the bullet and bought a pair today. The 6s fit me like normal jeans. The 8s I can take off without unbuttoning or unzipping, and they feel like they will stretch quite a bit during wear. It almost seems like being able to take them off without undoing them is the benchmark for a successful BF fit!

I got the wash with the normal pockets, not the flap pockets. I normally don't mind flap pockets, but these were square which did not appeal to me at all.

I kind of wish they were regular length. I'd be a little curious to wear them longer in the fall. But they're cropped, so I'll try them rolled. They didn't seem unflattering in the mirror, but I'll probably post them for feedback later.

Angie, how baggy is *too* baggy? I have EXP BFs from three years ago.....they are super comfy, but really, really big. I am anxious to see your blog post on this matter.
