I went very conservative this year. After careful evalutation I realized I didn't need much and what I want is pretty specific.

I REALLY wanted the Pendleton riding coat but I need another outdoor coat like I need another hole in my head (-:

I wanted a tweed jacket. I loved the navy and red one that Angie got, but those colors aren't really my happy colors and would be a bit orphaned in my closet. I found this Rebecca Taylor jacket. It's collarless and closureless, but a longer length, so hoping it can be worn in the fall with a scarf as a indoor/outdoor jacket. I have a Pendleton green tweed jacket I got second and that I wear like this a lot, so I wanted to duplicate it's function.

Shoes - I wanted a snakeskin shoe that could be worn in rain, walkable, and in a grey color wave. I'm hoping these loafters are it. I had hoped for booties but I didn't like the black heel and cowboy style of the booties available in snake.

The cardigan was a wildcard. These colors are my happy colors and I can always use another cardigan.
