I had my eye on two coats at NAS, but they were already sold out in my size by the time I was able to check on Friday evening. I promised myself I wouldn't stalk, because I have a trip coming up that will require me to take a break from staring at my phone. Ah well!

Everlane restocked a few lilac Cocoon Coats in my size, so I ordered that instead, just to try (their sale price is also great). I also threw in another pair of chino shorts. I have the olive version, and think red shorts might be fun since I have a lot of neutral tops.

I could order the Pendleton Finlay from Pendleton's website for the same price as NAS (they seem to be price-matching quite a few sale items), but would have to pay a $7 return shipping if it didn't work out. I'm not sure this perceived wardrobe hole (a lighter-coloured coat with the ability to layer over blazers and chunky knits) is worth $200+. The Glacier fleece appears to be a Nordstrom exclusive.

Still pondering the black EF jeans. Not a need and $99 is still pretty steep for jeans, for me. But it sounds like the waist is quite fitted, so the price may be worth it if it saves me the trouble of altering the waist.
