Remember what I said about being distracted by skirts? Well in the course of my shopping, my attention was caught by a cool black pencil skirt with really interesting diagonal seaming and 2tasteful pleather panels on the front. I tried it on for a lark, realized it fit like a glove and had endless possibilities in my wardrobe, and fell in love. Here it is with one of my favourite blouses. Obviously I'll acccessorize more fully when it's time to wear it out, but I can't wait to sport it with my charcoal tweed cape from last year. E
