I was in downtown killing time before a bang trim and saw this hat. I thought about and went back after the trim. They had this creamy winter white and a grey color. I decided the winter white though impractical was more fun, plus the fur pouf at the tip was bigger. It's been cold and wet for over a week here, with no signs of it abating. The yarn is handspun and the hat hand knitted. It's a very chunky yarn.
After a family debacle (my own father decided to not visit me, ARGH), I'm going to Whistler for Thanksgiving. Figured it would work up there.
