Third of all, I got a fringe because my hair dangling shapelessly over my eye was driving me BATTY on the weekend so I dropped in to Just Cuts, paid $10 and walked out the door with a new fringe in 10 minutes! Instant style refresher! I feel so cute and playful with a fringe
