In the past few days I tried making web orders and international phone orders trying to get this thing happening. Every single time I tried I got an error saying my card couldn't be authorised.
Then I called my bank today and asked them why and they tell me 2 different amounts have been authorised to nordstrom on the same day.
Then I get home to find an email from nordstrom saying my order couldn't be authorised. Talk about confused.
I think/hope it is *finally* sorted out. I have already missed the Hinge plaid jacket, and by now the ruffled blouse is only available in black - booo!!!
I made an order back in May with no glitches at all...why does this have to happen now!!
