My NAS purchases - YouLookFab Forum

My turn to share now that my NAS goodies are here;-)

1. I just realized this outfit has a lot of Vince Camuto in it:-) Vince Camuto contrast trim houndstooth blouse, Vince Camuto one button blazer (both from the NAS) paired with boyfriend jeans and Vince Camuto slipper flats (now in the YLF Store).
2. Classiques Entier Jesi trousers and the VC blouse.
3. Valette crewneck sweater and Tarnish 'Blocks of Color' scarf.
4 & 5. Elie Tahari 'Tilly' leather jacket.

I am over the moon with everything I got, but have to say the leather jacket really is the pièce de résistance. These pictures don't do it justice. It is a stunning jacket, the leather is deliciously soft, I love the suede panels and simple streamlined silhouette, and the colour is a gorgeous deep aubergine.

What do you guys think, did I do well?

And the jacket, even in these photos, looks exceptionally rich. I wish the colour translated better to the screen. It is always difficult with those plum/ aubergines to see exactly what they are like IRL.

What a splendid haul, and everything is such a good fit! I picked up the blouse and trousers as well, so of course, I love those! But everything else is wonderful, too - I especially love that the jacket is an aubergine color. That will be a lot of fun to play with and pair with so much this fall/winter!

I love it all! I like the houndstooth blouse worn with a few buttons open the best, but that's just a minor styling issue of personal taste.

I still vividly remember your last year's NAS post and how I found your strategy amazing - it wasn't the case of K/R but simply sharing your purchases with us. They were all winners. I am assuming that shopping from abroad, with extra shipping costs and import duties potentially, require you to be really savvy, but that is only one part of the story, the other one being that you simply know what you like and what will work for you.

It's the same story all over again, you have one compact, fabulous round of very versatile items, in fact it's a whole capsule in itself. Just remixing these will get you far. Each piece is so cleverly chosen that we should simply sit down and take notes. It must be a fantastic feeling to open the box and find that every single item in it works. Bravo! (picture me doing standing ovation )

I couldn't pick a favorite even if I had to, but I hear you about the jacket. There is *something* about the right kind of leather jacket that makes every single outfit look and feel complete.
