As often happens, some items on my wishlist sold out before my time to shop. For example, the high waist, straight leg, Mother brand jeans in the perfect light wash were gone, sob.. I will keep checking to see if they reappear. Also gone is the Lafayette 148 NY sleek leather vest. It would have been a splurge, but I loved how it looked.

I also ordered a couple items from the designer sale. I ordered a Boss blazer (cornflower blue with silver hardware), I ordered a linen blazer and trouser set from Lafayette 148 NY. The color reminds me of a favorite outfit my grandmother purchased for me when I was a child.
I decided against ordering any Zella items. I also decided against getting tall light colored boots as I fear they will be too hard to keep clean.
