Colette, I loved that Mural jacket on you and actually wouldn’t mind at all if mine fit me a little more easily like yours did, but the reality of my body shape doesn’t really allow for that fit. I think yours looks fantastic even without sizing down!

I do too, Angie. I’ve tried on a few over the past couple of years, but not many really appealed to me for one reason or another — high price point, shiny hardware, too fitted for layering under, too heavy, too delicate (you know that lovely soft leather that rips if you look at it wrong?), etc. I like that this one has ease in the fit and is not too precious. A little rugged and versatile, and a very appealing price point. And the option to wear as a vest!

I ordered the Avec les Filles jacket based on your reviews. We'll see it might be a joke on shortly me. They were sold out of the brown color (my first choice). I really have to think twice if I need a black jacket, but it seems like a great wildcard and such a good sub for the $2700 Acne that (I think) this style is based on.

Janet, you look gorgeous in everything. I like the black shearling best for your arty style, the brown for Texas. I also really like the second black coat on you. The plaid looks wonderful on you but does not look like your style to me. Yes to the tops and shoes
