I'm so excited about this find, I just had to share!
On my lunch break today, I stumbled upon a boutique that was having a going out of business liquidation sale. I had time to kill so I decided to take a look. The store primarily sold high end shoes, and some handbags and jewelry. Generally these types of stores don't carry my shoe size (12!) but I decided to take a look just in case...
Sitting there, just waiting for me, were a perfect (for me) pair of booties -- flat, pointy toe, SIZE 12, and made by Aquatalia which is good for Chicago winters. When I saw they were my size my heart started racing, as I thought it was too good to be true. I even double and triple checked the size because it is so odd to find size 12 anywhere besides Nordstrom or Zappos. I thought I was seeing things. lol
I tried them on, they fit and were super comfortable! I haven't been this giddy about a purchase in a while and I had to share my joy. Can't wait to wear these! They're perfect for my style.
Over to you - any major scores lately/and or finds that have made you SO HAPPY? (Oddly enough the shoe style is called Yippie!)
