Do you know what? My meeting today was postponed to next Friday. Someone in the Ministry was more important than me. Bah!
Oh well. Since I all of a sudden got a couple of more hours on my hands, I took a few hasty snaps of my white linen sheath. I bought it a month ago, and the forum was not at all convinced because it didn't fit very well. I picked it up from alteration yesterday, and it fits like a glove now. I am SO pleased! I love the length, the fabrics (linen with a lining in cotton), the lace inserts, everything!
#1: The dress
#2: With black blazer & pumps, white clutch
#3: With Black bomber
#4: With blue blazer, red shoes, black bag (for work) and white clutch (for play)
#5: A little retro with cropped cardigan. Notice the gold sandals, another great thrift find this week. Perfect heels, and comfortable.
#6: More modern with a monochrome color scheme. There's gold lurex in the pockets of the cardigan that matches the gold sandals.
#7: A lot retro with the infamous shrug! I hope you agree that it looks better with this dress than the black sheath.
#8: Casual with denim jacket and snakeskin ballet flats
