I was mostly looking for some new belts. I own very few belts, and the semi-tuck won't work without a belt. I did find a few that I think will do nicely.

One thing I notice is that the more fashion-forward items at Coldwater Creek are nearly ALL in Outlet. I guess CWC's core shoppers don't like to be trendy? The "new" items at regular price generally bore me to tears! And the prices don't seem reasonable.

But I somehow spotted an item I've been trolling for for probably years.
http://www.coldwatercreek.com/.....030&r is a midi-length skirt that is not a pencil skirt. The reviews all sound reasonable. I'm a little daunted that it is described in the text as "ankle length," but I can hem it if necessary.

I had two skirts similar to this that I wore and wore for a long time, but unfortunately my evolution into a rectangle body type with age, means I had to purge those skirts. Ever since, I have picked carefully through B&M racks, and I think I once even tried some targetted Googling to try and find this item. Never succeeded, but I just clicked on "purchase" and (although this will see more wear now NEXT year) I am eagerly awaiting it. The CWC site reported this was not available at any store within 150 miles. Sigh. It really is true, stores don't carry what I want to wear nowadays!
