I haven't worn it yet and have tags and receipt. I think you've all said Nordstrom will give me back the difference, so I'll try (and return it if they won't). I'm pretty confident they will oblige.

I'm not impressed that they haven't done the same thing for the plus-sized version:

Anyway, I haven't taken the tags off almost any of my items, so the upshot is I'm going to check them all now and see if I can get further reductions. It hasn't even been that long since NAS.

This Amber Sun colorblock sweater (which some of you have ordered) is also reduced. Maybe $14 or so, but worth it if I'm making the trip there anyway:

Good grief! That's ridiculous. I hate it when I see NAS items marked down at the end of the season, especially if I haven't gotten around to wearing them yet. But this is worse! I think they will adjust the price for you.

Jeez! I'd better go over to my closet and not rely on memory. The only thing I don't see listed online (at all) so far is the pricey Eileen Fisher sweater. A discount on that would have been sweet.

ETA: Yep, found it online and it's definitely not on sale. Neither is the super-pricey Lafayette 148 Chanel jacket, now at its pre-NAS price.

Purple nectar looks different from the colour in the sale but that is what it was called, I think. Hmm. I still haven't done my exchange. I'd better get cracking.

Ugh - I checked my NAS purchases and 3 items have been further reduced, $77 less than what I paid (all unworn, can't remember if I removed the tags). Thanks for pointing this out, Mochi - I feel kind of foolish getting all hyped up over NAS. Although my biggest purchase (leather dress) is still at full price.

Thanks Mochi. I'm not jacket shopping right now, but I saw that the 3 amber sun tees for fall that I had in my cart are half price. One of my colors was gone, but I substituted and got the 3 tees for $45. An unexpected bonus is the best.

Also didn't buy anything unplanned. Yay.

Blah! I just returned those leather-trimmed pants. I would've kept them at the sale price. Re-ordering...

How does the sizing run on that jacket? I usually order my jackets one size smaller than my top size, but I'm hesitant to order a small...

ETA: Urgh, I also would've kept the NYDJ twill skinnies, which are also now 50% off.

I just did a chat with Nordies online and they price adjusted all of my items. So excited because I haven't worn any of them yet (it's too hot here) and I loathe the thought of bringing them all in to return and rebuy. I love Nordies!

I had similar experience with last year's NAS. This year I placed all of my NAS items on the wish list so that I can track the prices after the NAS ends.

I also noticed the price changes today (Elodie bomber jacket is also reduced, and so are a couple of colors of VC midi skirts, as well as some of the really nice handbags that were on sale during NAS) and received price adjustments on my purchases. I actually was glad that I bought this stuff at NAS because it gave me time to figure out the correct sizes and colors, and now I was able to price-adjust or reorder easily, without having to worry about my size being sold out.

None of my NAS items were further reduced, other than a pair of socks. However, thanks to this post I ended up browsing and ordered the Only Mine cream polka dot sweater that I had coveted during NAS but couldn't justify after already going over budget on other items. It's now 50% off, plus I got to use the Nordstrom Note that I earned after my large NAS purchase.

The Eileen Fisher knit skirt that matches the burgundy sweater and blouse I bought is also marked down below NAS price. I still don't think I want it, but if anyone does, you now know.
Makrame, that's a brilliant idea! I'll have to do that next year.

I called the 1-888 number, and they wouldn't do the adjustment for me over the phone. I have to call the store or go in. But for $40 I'll do that.
