I just got back from my trim and although this pitiful attempt at a picture doesn't truly show the cut, I'm thrilled with what my stylist did. We are working towards the first pic in Angie's links in my previous thread.
We now have the initial shape to work with and now I need to grow the top and crown out about another 1.5 - 2 inches. I will be keeping the sides short, above my ear and the fringe will be kept to about the length it is now. I'll have to play with it a bit and see how to work the longer sections. I suspect I may have to dust off my blow dryer in order to get the volume where I need it.
I'm excited to see how it takes shape over the next couple of months.
