I need to mainly shop online for those items and while I expect to do a lot of returns, I get *so* irritated with inaccurate descriptions of heel height! Instead of measuring from the back of the heel at the highest point, most were measured from the side or lowest point of the heel.... Ive needed to return the last 3 pair of boots (and pay shipping costs) that I NEVER wouldve ordered in the first place had the descriptions been correct! AAGGH! OK, rant over!
