My favorite thing in these photos is this tan and pearlized leather belt I thrifted a couple of years ago. I wear it a lot. So much, that the pearly sheen faded, so I re-pearlized it with some leftover jacquard paint, liberally mixed with water.

This is my go-to belt, that dresses up casual looks, makes dressy stuff more casual, and brings balance to The Force.


This week has been pretty low-key, with some long-awaited house renovations and repairs, and working on music. The temperatures jumped this week to the upper 80s, so the looks are pretty simple.
