Let me tell you, this blardigan is just exquisite...I ordered it on the first day of the sale after perusing other sites and getting rave reviews...I actually was looking for a cashmere robe...This little sweetie just arrived by UPS and I have it on...Actually, I may never take it off...It is the softest, prettiest most comfortable...I absolutely concur with every one else...This is a bit of heaven...
The good thing is that it definitely will go out and about and not just a robe for the house...I can see it with my black skinnies and boots...at the store, at the mall and even to dinner...
Give this one a look...I promise you won't be sorry...
I ordered the S-M cocoa white...I had read the arms were tight but i have skinny arms and it fits like a dream...This is not heavy...I also read that the one on sale is lighter weight then the others...That is fine with me...I actually prefer the lighter weight...

Avia Mariah...The blog I first saw this little sweetie on was from a woman who is shorter...You might want to try it before deciding it is too long...I have long legs and mine comes just to the middle of my thigh...

Sometimes they restock items when the main sale starts, and sometimes there are returns. I would keep checking.

Oh boy...I don't have "blardigan" on the list this may fit the bill instead of a grey flyaway cardigan in cashmere. They are ALAWAYS pilling up on me.

I'm chuckling but gotta agree with IK -- blardigan sounds like some sort of Irish curse.

So, this is actually being sold as a robe? I would actually love a new, really nice lightweight robe, but this doesn't look like it has any kind of way to secure it closed. Maybe I'm wrong because you all are talking like it is to be worn with outfits. I'm confused. But perhaps one is supposed to be with a name like blardigan. Blardigan, blardigan. Yep, a ridiculous word. I guess it's like swacket, which I also can't bring myself to use.

You had me at "Blardigan" I was so curious I had to click! it looks super comfy and also quite versatile. It can have both a casual comfy chic appeal, edgy (EF style) and a romantic dreamy vibe. Great find!!!

Janet...I love your Irish curse...You know i was looking for a robe when I found this little sweetie...It doesn't secure in front but covers pj's liek a robe and yet you feel secure to go out...

Crutcher - welcome to the darkside!! First Parsley guided me to the Barefoot dreams robe, then I bought the black/gray ombre blardigan (see happy dance). Then it was a really cold winter so hence the king sized blanket in white - soooooooooooooooo soft, followed by the CozyChic bamboo throw in ocean.....followed by a second throw (because I've snagged the first and want to make sure I have a spare).......hum, winter is coming.......do I need another "wrap" (waves to IK - trying!!)....temptation.... Welcome Crutcher!! Let me know what you pick next (the robe is so cozy and warm but the wrap, well that's really special but you already knew that

Just read on another blog that Nordstrom will restock the Blardigan on Friday if you are looking...smile..

Don't think the name sounds particularly attractive, either, but this is pretty much my ideal item of clothing. If I had one, I'm not sure I'd ever wear anything else, so I'm trying to resist.

I did order an actual robe at NAS, though, after realizing that my lightweight robe is 6 years old and looking really worn. Maybe that will be enough to fill my fancy loungewear urge for now.

Aubergine...See you really can't judge a book by its cover or a wonderful little wrap called Blardigan...Don't be chicken..try it and you will not want to take it off...I am just back from a run to Target and guess who went along?...Yup..it is still a bit cool and this was the perfect piece...

Hmmm... I tried one on months ago when I first saw it on Pinterest Told Me To, but the sleeves were SO tight on the S/M size. I love Barefoot Dreams stuff in general, so maybe I should give the L/XL size a try when it comes back in stock?

pastrygirl...I have read in other blogs that the sleeves stretch...That said, the large would also give you a bigger drape...I was concerned with size being long enough but I have found the s/m is actually long...
