Hi all

Angie asked me to post photos of my wrap skirts. Mine are all faux wrap. I prefer that because:
*It’s easier to wear my top untucked
*I can wear a belt if I want to (see pics)
*Ties can be visually fussy
*Faux wraps are often sewn down over the hips and thighs - so there’s no gaping.

Pic 1: dark green asymmetrical pencil skirt. The wrap is secured virtually all the way down and there is only a slight split at the knee.

Pics 2-4: vintage print asymmetrical midi skirt. Slightly unusual because the wrap is just off centre rather than at the side (which is more standard). Pic 2 with fully tucked (wrap!) top, pic 3 with untucked and scrunched knit top, pic 4 with partially tucked top and belt.

Pic 5: wrap midi skirt. Here the wrap section is completely decorative. There is a full skirt underneath. The wrap creates a subtle ruffle.

Pic 6: shorter a-line wrap skirt. I particularly like this type of skirt with knee high boots in spring and autumn.

Pic 7: My BR skirt from NYC. I think it is also a faux wrap. I like the tweedy, fringed effect of the “flap”.

Pic 8: although I don’t have any true wrap skirts at the moment, I do lust after this one from Chloe and have my eye out for something similar.
