I once had a full midi skirt flip up over my head on a crowded windy boardwalk, exposing my boy short encased behind to a crowd while I struggled to get the skirt un-caught. It was pretty amusing, especially to my companions.

Wow , that, sans the bigshirt to the rescue,is my worst fashion nightmare..
Even more sympathy now to the lady of the fallen underpants. Strange things happen to normal people every day.
