I just completed it (partially) online. According to the customer rep I worked with, items purchased online can be adjusted online. Purchases in-store, stores have a different system. For me, not a big deal taking the other two items to a B&M store.
I asked about friends from Canada who bought NAS items in-store here in the US. He recommended that they contact the store and see if the store will work with them. Each store could have its own policy, but they will do their best to try and help you all.
