My EF skirted leggings review

I happened to be near a Nordies last week so I tried on the EF skirted leggings. I wasn't wowed by them so they didn't follow me home. The reasons why were:
1. Thinner material than I expected. Especially in the legging itself.
2. Sizing - maybe I need to try a size down but they seemed to just hang on me and were not how I expected them to be.
3. Spoiled by Lysee - I have grown to love the feel of the lysee legging waistband - aka suck in all of the wibbly bits technology. So this just felt loosey goosey somehow.

Wondering if anyone has a different brand to recommend? I did see lisap's post where she raved about the faux leather ones but alas they're sold out now. I like the skirted legging idea but want to hold out to find MY pair.

Did you go all the way to the site? I thought they were sold out but they weren't. I agree the Lysses spoil you in terms of the solid feeling. Maybe they will come out with a skirt version!

I read elsewhere (I think on Lisa's thread) that L was sold out but I will click through again to doublecheck. I also need to see if I was imagining it but I thought I saw a lysee skirted version on Nordies site. Going to check both now.

I'm on a USA VPN but Nordies won't let me access their site, I guess my device is holding onto a local IP address. Trying to resolve this now as its super annoying! A google search turned this up but I can't recall if they're sold out or not.

The Lysse ones are CROPPED! 23"... That defeats the point for me, but could work for others. If it's warm enough for cropped, I'm just going to wear a miniskirt with bare legs.

So interesting...I ordered the Lysee ones in small and they felt tight and short...not sure if I needed to size up or if they were just more casual than I expected. I am interested in the EFs but they're a bit expensive. Sorry to hear they didn't work for you!

The EF skirted leggings work better sized down. I like that they are not constrictive and the skirt works like a skirt on me because it is not too short.
It all depends on what your preferences are but they work nicely in a size down from your regular size.

I agree Joyce, I should have tried the side down but they didn't have them in the store.

The lysee ones say they're cropped and if they are that just below the knee length they'll never work for me. But some of the pics make them look just above the ankle which would be fine for me.
