thank you for your encouragement! my plan is doing great .but i ride bike yesterday ,more than 50km , so tired and i ate a lot ! lol.....
actually i measured my food with my great kitchen scale ( i need to tell you that my diet plan is good for me because i do not have to be hungry all day ,just pick some food and measure them every time when i eat .i have to eat more than 10 times everyday . and it is really useful i already lost more than 5 pounds .and my little cute scale really helped a lot . example . i need to measure 70G beef or fish and 250G vegetable every time . .....) anyway ,i just measured yesterday when i planed to eat but i found it was not enough for me .because i was so tired and hungry for i was keep riding and didn't eat any snacks . so i ate too much yesterday .but today ,i will continue..........
