Angie's post about chartreuse inspired me to think more about how I might wear the two pieces of it that I own.
One is a sleeveless top I got when I was working at OSKA, six years ago. I wore it with purple rayon drapey pull-on pants and a lightweight denim jacket, seen in this forum post: https://youlookfab.com/welookf.....k-wardrobe

I have held on to that top, even though I haven't worn it since that time. I just really like the lines of it and I surprisingly like wearing the color.

I recently bought a coat that has the color in it (the striped matelasse coat shown in this post: https://youlookfab.com/welookf.....l-boutique ), and think I could probably wear them together in some way. Probably with black pants, but maybe with an olive skirt that I have, also from my OSKA days. Or my olive pants and/or blazer from AllSaints. The wheels are turning in my head.

I think of myself as a soft summer in the seasonal color analysis schemes; muted, greyed-out cooler colors seem to be my best. So chartreuse strikes me as a color that would not flatter me...and yet, I guess, if it is muted enough, it works just fine.
