my body type?

I'm new here, and I've been trying to figure out my body type, so I'd be grateful for some help from those of you with more expertise. I measure 37-30-40, and I'm 5'10" tall. Here's a picture:

Hi Sandra. I think you have a similar shape as me! Short-waisted hourglass.

Short-waisted for sure, but is it possible to be an hourglass and an A-cup?

Yup, short-waisted hourglass as far as I can tell too. Hourglassy-ness is more of a function of shoulder-waist-hip ratio rather than bust size. You can be an A-cup hourglass I'm sure Welcome!

I haven't had a professional bra fitting, but I tried on a B in a store the other day, and it was clearly too big for me. (I'm sure 36 is my band size, since a 38 falls off and I can't get a 34 fastened.)

I highly recommend a professional bra fitting. You look like a B cup to me and are probably in the wrong bra size. I'm with the gals in that I see a short-waisted hourglass with lovely long legs

Sandra, you don't look like an A to me either. You may have tried the wrong style of bra or the wrong brand. There are so many factors and that is why getting a proper professional fitting is so important. I'd get one ASAP.

Thanks for all the help. I'm wearing a bra in the photo, which I guess I wasn't supposed to, so it's hard to tell what size I really am. But for you guys, I'll give it a try the next time I'm in a store that offers professional fittings.
