i was not at all prepared for how hard it would be to post my before and after pics... Seeing myself at my highest weight brought back all the pain I was in during that time period of watching my mother disappear into dementia and caring for her and watching out for her Congestive Heart Failure... I promised pics when I reached Lifetime at Weight Watchers, which I did today...

Tracey - it has been a huge acheivement for you. I have no personal conception of what it means to lose so much weight and the struggle it involves.

Although the body transformation is very impressive, I found the changes in your face shape to be even more dramatic. Perhaps it is partly due to the huge smile

Tracey, this is such a moving story. My mother is in early stages of dementia and I know -- at least from the last year or so of my own experience -- how that turns just everything on its head. Thank you to all of you, I was very surpirised at my reaction to seeing my former unhealthy self and remembering all the pain i was in during that time from closing my business and losing a best friend (she later was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and we have rekindled the friendship) and caring for my mother. It took a real toll on me and was a very emotional day. Your kindness was so appreciated and I thank you all for taking the time to offer such wonderfully encouraging words of support. I hope this feeling passes soon and I can get on with celebrating...
