Ok, here's my update. While I was thrilled with the fact that they're not tight, the size I bought is in fact too large and they're all being exchanged.
Therefore I would say they are roomy in the waist and seat/thigh area. The size I'm exchanging for is definitely for me a "size down" situation.
The fabric is divinely soft and cozy, though of course I haven't laundered them yet so no clue how they'll hold up in the wash.
The cream color is not available in most sizes right now. I ordered my exchange cream in a Tall length, which will be full-length on me instead of cropped. We'll see how it goes.
Finally, I had all the colors misnamed. They are in fact GRAPE, MOSS, AND IVORY.
