Having a date day with the artist husband. Off to a big city museum in very seasonally confused weather.
Warm, muggy, and still way cooler than yesterday’s sizzler, this requires a lightweight topper (Coldwater Creek, thrifted) over a Uniqlo t-shirt and cargo pants.
Flat handmade sandals in red (my colour of the year) that can do the walking, and they don’t mind puddles.
Not sure if this is a high-low outfit, but I am breaking out of my earth coloured plain clothes with a Pattern. Still tonal, so I don’t quite itch. And it is what I wear anyway, during any day, minus topper.
It’s all emotional shopping, my Asian travels inform the volumes and the colour. Utilitarian nomad seems to still nail it.
