Hilarious! I am watching the Australian Open tennis and cannot believe the players can function in the heat in Melbourne. Maybe one of your shakes would help, ha ha. Thanks for sharing, make my day.

Suz, I've been to that gelato shop in Vancouver! I seem to remember balsamic vinegar, pear and blue cheese.

LOL

My youngest stepson once ate a nice hunk of wasabi thinking it was pistachio ice cream. Ugh.

hha! that's a great funny story!! .....I had a friend who got up super early one morning for work, as she was brushing her teeth she noticed a funny taste---she looked down and realized she had inadvertently grabbed a tube of vagisil creme instead of toothpaste! eewww

Too funny Deborah and I loved reading all the other tales as well.

I bet the novelty parlours love it. You made me chortle and Little M laughed uproariously at that.

Actually, India's biggest dairy brand does chilli ice cream in their home state. Curry can't be far!

Which reminds me of a very milky curry my ma made in Sweden. First time travelling out of India. Checked into the serviced apartment. Could not figure out Swedish for salt so started dumping in the white powder in the spice rack hoping it would prove either sweet or salty...

By the same token, she made a rather curried tea with ingefaera in...

Oh! Too funny! This is what becomes family lore...

Too funny! And the stories about Raid-ed muffins and apples in bean dip are great, too! I made what was intended to be orange fudge - it was coloured orange swirled with white - but had used MINT flavouring instead of orange. The kids still loved it, and they named it "Troll fudge" because they call kids at school who play tricks or tease "trolls".

Fantastic chuckle - I actually think my husband might like this though. I'll suggest it.

LOL!!! Thanks for the giggle. That is hilarious.

One time my nan accidentally brushed her teeth with Deep Heat (aching muscle rub, used to come in a tube rather than a pot). That was similarly funny.

LOL. I think you may have just come up with the next hipster trend...
