Yes it's the same one. She also wore one of Angie's coat picks later that same week. It was the Ann Taylor Promenade coat.

I love Michelle Obama's style. It's completely up to the task of formality without falling for any frump.

But it's funny about Angie and Mrs. O being samies. The gestalt is so totally different, but fancy that - there are definite similarities in the component parts.
