I believe that it is a bit oversized.
I bought my normal size and it has a slight slouchy feel to it. The shoulder seams seem to be a bit off. Having said that, I kept the large because it didn't gap in front and I plan to wear it casually so the feel is correct for me.
Traci -- It was the reviews that convinced me. I always feel that if someone else liked, it there is a good chance I will like it as well.
