About to make a quick trip to the store to get some fresh salad and fruit. My new NYDJ brown Marilyn pants and a 3-year-old cotton Boden sweater. The Marilyn style jeans are about an inch too long. I think it's time I took them over to the nearby dry cleaners and got them hemmed up. Later I folded them under and forgot about them.
#1 I'm wearing a Nic+Zoe knit jacket I got on sale and still haven't worn. I bought an L and it is a little large, but has shoulder pads and I thought I might layer sweaters under it. It's very light weight though. I looked to see if I could find an M, but all sold out.
#2 is just the sweater and my Vionic shoes bought earlier this year. They are light and comfortable, but not enough support for walking shoes. Still, I like the color.
#3 is with a Boden cashmere sweater and surprise, some makeup. Not a lot but I need to get back in practice. Also wearing my tourmaline pendant for the first time in over a year.
Last one is from earlier--wearing the brown henley and the animal print jeans that got me started on this brown trip last year.
And, I was the best-dressed person at the grocery store. So what do you think about these combinations?
