My DH and I were once again downtown last night, taking one of his grad students, his girlfriend and her parents out to eat. I couldn't help but notice the outfit of a college-aged girl that was a waitress in the restaurant, and am wondering how many people dress like this. I've never seen it.

She was wearing short overalls with a tube top underneath, with knee socks and loafers with fringed tassels on them.
