I agree with MsMaven - very inspiring to see Mrs. Obama wearing things from regular stores, and looking so fabulous. She's fit but shapely - and I love how she makes the most of her shape.
Meanwhile, I have to admit that I've always thought that J.Crew was only for people who were very tall and very slim. I think it's the models, and also the fact that most people I know who wear J. Crew items are quite slim. So...I've never shopped there! I've had an, "Oh, I could never wear that.." idea in my head about J. Crew for the longest time.
Just the other day, upon seeing some of the threads around here where Mrs. Obama is wearing J. Crew - I'm now looking at the J.Crew website with new eyes - I will give it a try in the very near future.
