Please no one faint, but I really hate this store right now.
You all remember when I placed my last order, I got charged twice for it. Well it isn't ending there.
When I went to return the old shoes and buy the new ones, there was only a few dollars' difference. It should have gone fairly smoothly: Deduct $4 from my account. This was done IN STORE, not online. How it could not happen as expected is beyond me.
Instead, I have been refunded the wrong amount (quite a bit less than I should have been refunded), and charged the correct amount, resulting in yet another overdraft. I AM FURIOUS. Why does this keep happening? The amount on my receipt does not match the amount that is showing up in my account. Not even close.
My bank isn't cooperating and neither is the store, so I got screwed for something I didn't even do.
I am probably going to call the store tomorrow and ask for them to cancel the order and refund the correct amount for both pairs of shoes. I just don't want to deal with them anymore. I just want my money back. Not even the fabulous yellow shoes are worth it. I know Nordstrom is *the* YLF store, but they have caused me enough grief and their alleged superior customer service is a total farce as far as I am concerned. This is probably the worst shopping experience i have ever endured.
