Now I'm really mad! The FedEx driver went back to where he says he remembered leaving the package and "couldn't find it". Obvious admission that it wasn't my house, because no FedEx truck has been here. So, I have a claim ID# that is supposed to be proof that the package is lost.
However calling Neiman Marcus, they still need to "look into it" with FedEx and that will take 10 days. Well, FedEx is done looking into it and I got that information in 10 minutes. Why is NM taking 10 days before they credit my account? I swear on the YLF bible, that is my first and last purchase from Neiman Marcus.
